TouchNote Family Plan

Terms and Conditions

1. The primary account holder is solely responsible for making payments for the TouchNote Family Plan. The primary account holder will be able to invite additional members to join their TouchNote Family Plan. Only the primary account holder will be responsible for inviting, removing and/or swapping out Family Plan members. TouchNote reserves the right to amend the number of members available to invite to a Family Plan at any time.

   Both the primary account holder and subsidiary plan member(s) will have access to a shared allocation of cards per month. Any member of the Family Plan will be able to access and send these cards. By signing up for a Family Plan, you agree you will have sole responsibility for the accounts you add to the Family Plan, and how many cards are sent by each of the plan members within that Family Plan. The card allocation will be added on a monthly basis, re-occurring on the date of which the Family Plan subscription was purchased by the primary account holder. All current TouchNote subscribers, excluding Platinum subscription holders, can elect to become a Family Plan primary account holder. 

   All members of a TouchNote Family Plan will also gain access to a number of membership benefits stated, which could include extra discounts and card designs. TouchNote can change the stated membership benefits and access to these at any time.

2. TouchNote reserves the right to terminate, amend or stop offering TouchNote Family Plans at any time. After such time, TouchNote reserves the right to stop supporting existing Family Plans and/or restrict members from purchasing, renewing or reactivating Family Plan subscriptions in the future. TouchNote is not responsible for the mis-use of a Family Plan. TouchNote may close user accounts or revoke the Family Plan if fraudulent use or abuse of these terms and conditions is suspected. For the avoidance of doubt, no refund would be due should TouchNote exercise its right to terminate a Family Plan.

3. a. Existing annual membership subscribers can elect to purchase only an annually renewing TouchNote Family Plan. They will be upgraded to the family plan immediately, with their current subscription payment contributing to a discount on the price paid for the TouchNote Family Plan for the first year. After the first year is completed, the advertised TouchNote Family Plan pricing will take effect. 

   b. Existing monthly membership subscribers can elect to purchase either an annually or monthly renewing TouchNote Family Plan. They will be upgraded to the Family Plan immediately, with their current subscription payment contributing to a discount on the price paid for the TouchNote Family Plan for the first month/year. After the first month/year is completed, the advertised TouchNote Family Plan pricing will take effect. 

   c. Users trialling a TouchNote membership can elect to purchase either an annually or monthly renewing TouchNote Family Plan. Their trial will end immediately and the Family Plan subscription will begin.

   All users who have unused cards in their balance will keep these cards for their stated rollover period when they join a TouchNote Family Plan as either a primary account holder or subsidiary plan member.

   d. Users who hold a TouchNote Platinum subscription will not be able to sign up for a family plan.

   Pre-existing monthly and annual subscribers are only eligible to join a TouchNote Family Plan as a subsidiary plan member after the cancellation and therefore conclusion of their then-current subscription.

4. The TouchNote Family Plan may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. This includes the TouchNote Refer a Friend scheme. To subscribe to the TouchNote Family Plan, the primary account holder will be required to submit their payment details. By submitting your payment details to subscribe to the TouchNote Family Plan, you accept and agree to the TouchNote Terms and Conditions, and you accept and agree to the TouchNote Family Plan Terms and Conditions. You also consent to the use of your information in accordance with the TouchNote Privacy Policy.

   By joining the TouchNote Family Plan as a subsidiary plan member, you accept and agree to the TouchNote Terms and Conditions, and you accept and agree to the TouchNote Family Plan Terms and Conditions. You also consent to the use of your information in accordance with the TouchNote Privacy Policy.

5. The primary account holder may cancel the family plan subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the expiration of the subscription term. Both the primary account holder and subsidiary plan members will have access to the full range of family plan benefits until the expiration of the subscription term. No refunds of membership payments are permissible at any time or at any point.
