Yes, you can choose your preferred delivery date in the TouchNote app, on both iOS and Android. Just head to checkout and tap Edit next to Postage Date, then select your preferred date. The date is still an estimate as delivery depends on your local postal service, but we'll make sure everything is sorted on our end to get your card on its way for your chosen date.

We run delivery tests every quarter and update our times based on the results. You'll always see an estimated delivery date at checkout before you place your order.

You can check your order's progress anytime in Order History in the TouchNote app. For postcards sent to the US, free delivery confirmation is available. For other destinations, most postal services don't offer tracking for letters, but we work closely with our print partners to keep our delivery estimates as accurate as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your local postal service. Once your card has left us, it's in their hands, so delays can happen along the way. If your delivery date has passed, drop us a message at help@touchnote.com with your order details and we'll be happy to look into it.
